具備處理井下復(fù)雜情況的能力;

具有適應(yīng)工作要求的計(jì)算機(jī)操作能力。

語(yǔ)言能力要求:

能夠進(jìn)行專(zhuān)業(yè)的對(duì)話和技術(shù)交流;

能撰寫(xiě)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)、日?qǐng)?bào)和鉆井技術(shù)總結(jié)、報(bào)告;

良好的英文書(shū)寫(xiě)和溝通能力

證書(shū)要求:

國(guó)際健康證書(shū)

有效的IADC/IWCF井控證書(shū)-主管級(jí)別。

·Education level

·Professional competence requirements

?At least 5 years’ work experience in similar capacity position;

?Master knowledge of safety production laws and regulations.

?Master drilling and completion technology;

?Have the ability to organize and manage drilling, well completion operations;

?Having the ability to management materials and equipment;

?Having the ability to deal with the down hole complication;

?Having the ability of operating a computer to meet the requirement of work.

·Language proficiency requirements

?Able to conduct professional dialogue and technical communication;

?Able to write operation instruction，daily report and drilling technical summary and report;

?Good written and communication skills in English.

·Certificate requirements

?International health certificate

?Valid IADC/IWCF well control Certificate-Supervisor Level.

?First aid & fire fighting.

崗位職責(zé)

The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but not be limited to the following:

lWork under the leadership of the Drilling Superintendent and be responsible to the drilling superintendent;

在鉆井總監(jiān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下工作，向鉆井總監(jiān)負(fù)責(zé)；

lTimely report to the drilling superintendent for major situations and problems; Important measures in operation can only be implemented with the consent of the drilling superintendent;

重大情況和問(wèn)題要及時(shí)向鉆井總監(jiān)匯報(bào)請(qǐng)示；生產(chǎn)中的重要措施，必須經(jīng)鉆井總監(jiān)同意后，方可實(shí)施；

lResponsible for completing the drilling daily reports, preparing the drilling engineering completion report, and reporting them on time;

負(fù)責(zé)填寫(xiě)鉆井日?qǐng)?bào)，編寫(xiě)鉆井工程完井報(bào)告，保證數(shù)據(jù)資料的準(zhǔn)確、真實(shí)、齊全，并按時(shí)上報(bào)；

lTo participate in the qualification examination of sub-contractor and service personnel;

參與服務(wù)單位和服務(wù)人員的資格審查；

lGive comments on the working attitude and work quality of all sub-contactors of the wellsite and report to the drilling superintendent;

對(duì)平臺(tái)各單位人員工作態(tài)度與工作質(zhì)量提出評(píng)議意見(jiàn)，向鉆井總監(jiān)匯報(bào)；

lOrganizing the preparation of drilling material delivery plan, check and verify the delivery situation of the drilling materials;

負(fù)責(zé)組織審核鉆井器材的送井計(jì)劃，檢查鉆井器材的到井情況；

lResponsible for the collection, sorting and analysis of relevant drilling engineering data, complete the finial drilling report, drilling technical summary;

負(fù)責(zé)有關(guān)鉆井工程資料的收集、整理與分析，編寫(xiě)完工報(bào)告和技術(shù)總結(jié)；

lAssist the drilling superintendent in the management of safety, quality, progress and budget control ;

協(xié)助鉆井總監(jiān)做好安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度和成本的控制；

lWorked with drilling superintendent on time-sharing duty and dealt with operation technical issues;

與鉆井總監(jiān)分時(shí)值班，處理生產(chǎn)技術(shù)問(wèn)題；

lResponsible for checking the actual consumed amount of drilling tools and materials，reporting the results to the drilling superintendent；

負(fù)責(zé)核對(duì)鉆井器材的實(shí)際使用量，并將結(jié)果報(bào)鉆井總監(jiān)；

lResponsible for submitting finial drilling reports and other data that need to be archived to the project engineer；

負(fù)責(zé)向項(xiàng)目工程師提交鉆井工程完井報(bào)告和其它需要存檔的資料；

Accomplishing the relevant missions from the Drilling Superintendent and Operation Management Center.

完成鉆井總監(jiān)和項(xiàng)目管理中心交辦的其它工作。
